10 feel-good things : August
01. hail the tomato - try these combos: parsley + ricotta, feta + mint, goat cheese + oregano
02. sweat for a good cause - check out active.com for races this fall to participate in
03. power down : sleep soundly - read before bed
04. shrug off the slouch - yoga = good posture
05. sip a healthier piña colada - blend 2 c. crushed pineapple + 3/4 c. coconut H2O + 1/2 c. ice + 1T. sugar + 1t. lemon juice
06. try a new use for iced tea - spray green tea on a sunburn
07. grab a watering can - grow a garden and be healthier and happier
08. get smart, work out - try a new exercise
10. towel off for soft skin - towel off from toes to shoulders : free, easy exfoliate
