walk on : update


We walked a ton today...  13,000 steps to be exact.  That is a record for me.  While my friend is visiting I want to walk a ton.  I decided that I want to walk my daily walk everyday the rest of this month.  It will be fantastic, I just know it.  When the month is over I'm going to go to a yoga class to reward myself. 

MY NUMBERS:
*new* this month's goal - 200,000  
this month's steps to date -69,933
 

* Using my pedometer I’ll count each week’s steps.   The goal is to increase each week.  The end result: a happy, healthy, better looking me.  UPDATE: I needed to make a more specific goal and I came up with this:  for the month of September I must reach 200,000 steps.  Here I go!  THE PRIZE: unfortunately I need motivation so If I reach my goal, I get a thrifty mini shopping spree.
