I just figured out what I think is the easiest way to hem. No one ever showed me the best way to hem, although I am sure they tried, so I am left to figure out the best way on my own. I had this long skirt made of really stretchy and flowy fabric. It was so hard to manage and hold and sew. I was desperate but then, I looked over at my empty embroidery hoop and smiled. The answer! Then, not even 10 minutes later my skirt was like new!
// I am pleased with how I am becoming "a stitch in time saves nine" kind of girl. I am getting to wear and use things even after they get a little broken or mangled. You should try it sometime. Its quite gratifying.
