Walk On : Update


* Using my pedometer I’ll count  each week’s steps.   The goal is to increase each week.  The end result: a happy, healthy, better looking body. *

//  Today we're going on our usual walk and there we'll play at the park for a bit.  Its a hot one, so I we'll see how it goes.

  1. Ok, so I thought my niece had a pedometer clipped to her pants. I was stoked because I was going to borrow it from her. Turns out it was an oven timer. Now I want a pedometer!
