Iceland Travel Book : an update

As posted before, I made a little journal for while we were on the road in Iceland.   Now that the trip is over, it turns out I have a ton of stuff to add to it.  This is where I am so far.  And, I haven't even added the pictures yet!  This is going to be a hefty travel log.

 As mentioned before, the bones of the book (different printed, plain colored and white paper/cardstock, and a few envelopes) were added before the trip.  I also brought along a date stamp,  some adhesive, a mini stapler, and small notebook.  The notebook I used to write a little note whenever I had a moment, thought or story I didn't want to forget (and so I didn't have to have my book out every moment).  Most of the rest of the journaling will be done at the end but at lease I don't have to look back and see where we were and when. 

*  I'm especially excited to share all about the white paper you see on the very top.  It is my most favorite part of this journal besides the little on the spot moments I recorded.

//  My goal is to get the pictures ordered and the book ready to accommodate them by the end of this week.  Its a much bigger project than I expected but that is because I am putting more time into it than I planned.  Its going to be so worth it.  Later we'll be able to remember those 2 weeks so well!  I can't wait for the finished product...
