10 feel-good things : May


No. 1  slice strawberries : good Vit. C & low sugar and cals. - made this trifle next is a strawberry one, yum
No. 2  enjoy dividends of happiness : happy = exercise + eat well = happy - exercise, etc
No. 3  hang on to your hat : protect your skin - i've tried to find a good hat but am still shopping around

No. 4  put your arms in the air : work those triceps - add above head tricep bends to my circuit
No. 5  keep your color : 1st swipe nails with remover then paint - wear new nail polish 
No. 6  simplify your schedule : try cosi.com - family calendar + reminder emails + Today's Lists
No. 7  go the distance : mix up endurance & strength training - add new strength training to my circuit
No. 8  strengthen your smile : limit acidic drinks - drink more water to rinse teeth often
No. 9  stride on your ride : adjust bike seat & stand-pedal on hills - bike rides galore! 
No 10  breathe in, be brainier : meditation makes you smarter - yoga hours or meditation every day
